GTA-10GT units are driven by gas turbine engines based on NPO Saturn modern gas generator of the product 77 designed specifically for marine and industrial application. These gas turbine engines performance indicators exceed those of most Russian and foreign products in this power range. These drives showed excellent results at Gazprom compressor stations.

The equipment is manufactured either in outdoor or indoor design and can be operated as stand-alone units or as a part of power generating plant thus providing grid-parallel operation.

GTA-16 gas turbine generator set was created for reconstruction and construction of power generating facilities with power and heat generation. It is capable to run in simple (power and heat generation), cogeneration (combined heat and power generation) and combined (higher efficiency power generation) cycles.

GTA-16 can be operated at ambient air temperature between minus 55°С and plus 50°С. Gas turbine generator set equipment can resist seismic load up to 7 scores of MSK-64 scale. On customer request a set with seismic caterogy up to 9 scores of MSK-64 scale can be supplied.

PS-90EU16 (Aviadvigatel, Perm) or AL-31ST (UMPO, Ufa) are the drives for GTA-16.

GAS TURBINE POWER GENERATING PLANTS GTA-25

GTA-25 is an automated 25 MW gas turbine power generating set of either outdoor or indoor design. PS-90GP-25 gas turbine engine (manufactured by Perm Engine Company, Perm) can be used as a drive.

This gas turbine generator set can be operated as a stand-alone unit or as a part of power generating plant (following the Customer request various turbine generators of identical performance can be used) providing grid-parallel operation. Following the customer request, the units can be completed with hot water-heating boilers or waste heat recovery units and a booster compression station.

GTA-25 scope of supply is subject to changes depending on the configuration and based on the results of continuous improvement of the equipment technical definition. Besides the standard scope of equipment, a wide range of optional equipment is available to meet the customer installation and operation requirements.

Highly efficient GTES-2.5 gas turbine power plant is designated for heat and electric power generation and supply to industrial, municipal and residential customers. GTES-2.5 is also in-demand at oil and gas fields as a normal or stand-by source of electric power and heat. The gas turbine engine D049R (produced by NPO Saturn) rated at 2.5 MW is used as a drive. The design of the GTES-2.5 outdoor automated gas turbine set was developed jointly with the Power Plant Design Centre ROSEP (Moscow).

It is beneficial to use these gas turbine sets because of their high efficiency. High fuel utilization factor of the set ensures short payback period.

The power generating set is manufactured of transportable modules, fully pre-fabricated. GTES-2.5 scope of supply is subject to changes depending on the configuration and based on the result of the developments made for the technical definition improvement. Besides the standard scope of equipment, different optional equipment is available to meet a customer installation and operation requirements.

In 2011, GTES-2.5 became a winner of the All-Russian competition 100 Best Russian Products.
