Yalta Energy Conference “New Energy: looking into the future” was held on 21 - 23 September in Crimea
The event was aimed at integration of power generation in Crimea and overall energy system of the Russian Federation. Alexander Karaoglanov, UEC - Gas Turbines Deputy Managing Director on Commerce, made the presentation “Integrated solutions for the implementation of Energy Policy in the Republic of Crimea”. He reported about three major energy-related projects on reconstruction of Crimean CHPP with total aggregate rated power of 460 MW which UEC - Gas Turbines is ready to implement in near-term outlook. He also spoke about upgrading of the Crimea gas transportation system.
The issue of Crimea energy supply now is of current concern this time, that is why the report arouse great interest among the audience.
