UEC-Gas Turbines JSC (part of the United Engine Corporation, Rostec Corporation) will supply power generating equipment for 36 MW power station located at the Kamennomysskoye-more field.
UEC-GT won the Gazprom tender on supply of equipment to Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg (part of Gazprom). UEC-GT will supply six GTA-6RM gas turbine power generating sets rated at 6 MW completed with waste heat exchangers and BOP equipment to the gas field. The 36 MW power station is designed for supplying electric and heat power to infrastructural facilities at the Kamennomysskoye-more gas condensate field.
GTA-6RM power generating sets are based on 6MW GTA-6RM gas turbines developed and produced by NPO Saturn (part of the United Engine Corporation, Rostec Corporation). Today, GTA-6RM units are the most in-demand UEC-GT equipment for gas and oil producing companies, industry and municipal organizations. These units are of outdoor design and capable to run at various fuels including associated petroleum gas and natural gas. In total UEC-GT has produced 83 units.
Delivery of GTA-6RM units is scheduled for the year 2025. Gazprom has selected UEC-GT equipment at the stage of design and exploration work, so it means that design of 36MW power station will be made considering equipment manufactured in Rybinsk.
The Kamennomysskoye-more field is located in the Ob Gulf area between Cape Kamennyi and Cape Parusnyi. The gas field was discovered in 2000. The depth of the sea at the deposit varies in the range 11-17 m. The total area of the gas deposit is 825.4 sq.km. The Kamennomysskoye-more field is the largest in terms of geological reserves of gas. The Kamennomysskoye-more field holds more than 530 billion cubic meters of gas. Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg will be an operator company.
